Assistant Vice President of Operations

lan's current role is Assistant Vice President of Operations for More Than A Bakery, and is responsible for the day-to- day production as well as leading, motivating and creating raving fan customers on a daily basis.

lan joined the Richmond Baking (aka More Than A Bakery) family in 2015, as a Project Engineer, after graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. While attending Purdue, lan worked for the bakery during the summers and holidays in various departments such as Maintenance, Engineering and Operations. As a Project Engineer lan has worked on various Continuous Improvement initiatives and multiple capital projects for Richmond Baking's other facilities.
