Family Pride Director

Barbara joined the More Than A Bakery family in February 2017 and is currently the Director of Family Pride for Kentucky and Indiana. More Than A Bakery is a great opportunity as many of her previous HR positions have involved start-ups or acquisitions. This taps into her passion for creation and development of HR programs and policies.

Barbara has over 30 years of Human Resource experience in the finance, staffing, automotive and electronics manufacturing. Her experience includes talent acquisition, employee relations, training/development, wellness, safety and benefits administration. Barbara is actively involved in the promotion of Fair Chance Hiring for the state of Kentucky.
