Ashley Alley

Family Pride Director

Ashley is no stranger to the Richmond Baking family. She joined RBC in February 2015. As the receptionist at the Indiana facility, Ashley's enthusiasm and abilities were apparent to all around her. In January 2017 she was promoted to Family Pride Assistant. She was elated to have the opportunity to transfer to More Than a Bakery in spring 2017. In August 2018, she was promoted to Family Pride Generalist.

Exploring Kentucky has led Ashley and her family to some beautiful sights and tasty restaurants. Being a mother is Ashley's proudest accomplishment. She is thrilled to see what the future holds for her with More Than a Bakery.

Not a day goes by that Ashley isn't giving away smiles or laughs to those around her. While striving to excel in life, professionally and personally, her positive attitude is something she consistently carries with her. Ashley is excited to be a part of the More Than start up and to continue working with the owners who are not only passionate about safe food and satisfying customers, but also about the family members who work for them.
