Ahh… Wedding Cakes!
Bring in your ideas and we will create the cake for your special day. All of our
wedding cakes are baked from scratch, with fresh ingredients. We offer cakes in
the following flavors: yellow, chocolate, Mexican chocolate (has cinnamon and other spices), lemon, carrot (walnuts, pineapple, coconut and carrots), almond, Italian cream (coconut and pecans) and the very popular 1/2 & 1/2 cake – one layer is yellow and the other is chocolate.
Consider taking advantage of seasonal fresh fruits – strawberries, blueberries and raspberries for decoration or between the layers. We also offer a variety of bakery made fillings such as lemon curd, chocolate, raspberry or blackberry mousse and raspberry puree.
Change it up and be creative – making it memorable for you and your guests. Above all, have fun – it is your day!
