Roulade is a fancy word for “jelly roll” and our roulades are certainly fancy. We offer delicate, light sponge cake roulades of lemon, vanilla, chocolate or pumpkin (seasonal) and fill them with fresh fruit, purees or nuts and delicious flavored buttercreams. All varieties are topped off with frosted or glazed decorations for elegant dinner presentations or for treating yourself and family.
Cheesecakes – how decadent can a dessert get? Ask us, we love to make cheesecakes. We sell them in two sizes – perfect for two, our 5 inch mini cheesecake and for larger gatherings, our 9 inch is just right. We offer several flavors: New York Style, Tiramisu, Citrus, Mocha Chocolate and Irish Cream, to name a few. Rich and creamy is a good description of this confection. You may purchase slices, here at the bakery, but it is best if you call ahead to be sure we have some available.
